Seasonal TURN Help - Leasing Consultant - Student Housing

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Aid in cleaning, trash removal, and maintenance of grounds and residential areas.
• Provide exceptional service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Effectively lease apartments while adhering to occupancy goals.
• Comply with Fair Housing Standards in all interactions.
• Conduct outside marketing activities under supervision.
• Review applications, conduct credit and income verifications, and run background checks.
• Prepare leased apartments for move-in and conduct final inspections.
• Follow up with residents during their lease terms, manage renewals, and complete lease documents.
• Operate the leasing office efficiently.

• Basic math skills, including percentages and rent calculations.
