Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid in cleaning, trash removal, and maintenance of grounds and residential areas.
- Provide exceptional service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
- Effectively lease apartments while meeting occupancy goals.
- Comply with Fair Housing Standards in all interactions.
- Conduct outside marketing activities as directed by the Assistant Manager and Community Manager.
- Review applications, conduct credit and income verifications, and run background checks.
- Prepare lease paperwork and ensure proper documentation and signatures.
- Ensure leased apartments are in good condition before move-in, conducting a final inspection.
- Follow up with residents during their lease term, manage renewals, and complete lease documents.
- Perform all necessary tasks to operate the leasing office efficiently.

- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain lease documents.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
- Independence and teamwork skills.
- Basic math skills, including percentages and rent calculations.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and creating marketing content.
Education and Experience Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred.
Other and/or Preferred Education/Experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
