Seasonal Service & Rental Associate

About the Role

As a Service & Rental Associate at evo, you'll play a vital role in supporting our rental shop operations, catering to customer needs, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the service and rental process. evo is a leading multi-channel retail brand that stands at the intersection of community, commerce, action sports, and the outdoor lifestyle. Responsibilities

• Prepare rental bikes, skis, or snowboards according to seasonal demands
• Clean and maintain rental equipment
• Receive and document customer equipment for tuning or mounting services
• Coordinate with technicians for tune and mount completion
• Answer phone inquiries and assist customers with rental requests
• Assist mechanics with bike tunes and ski techs with binding tests
• Service rental bikes as needed
• Manage recycling activities and maintain a clean work environment
• Detail returned bikes in dirty condition
• Follow up with customers when technicians are unavailable

Requirements

• Proficiency in standard office and communication tools
• Strong skills in adaptability, attention to detail, communication, critical thinking, customer service, inventory management, multitasking, problem-solving, product knowledge, teamwork, and time management

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume rentals of skis, snowboards, or bikes is preferred

Pay

$18.38 - $21.83 per hour

Schedule

Mid September - Mid February (with possibility to extend). Seasonal position with weekend and holiday scheduling requirements, including Black Friday, Christmas, and peak holiday periods. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
