About the role

As a Seasonal Associate, you will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and on‑stage service during peak business moments. You will create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service: support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations: manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising: ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork: help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards: follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client‑focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling; weekly hours may vary, with an expected range of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability required from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, depending on geographic location.
