Seasonal Associate

Location: 401 S. Mt. Juliet Rd., #300, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122. Hourly, non‑exempt, flex position with non‑guaranteed hours.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client‑focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Schedule

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Pay

$16.60 – $19.30/hr; the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
