SEASONAL SALON RECEPTIONIST

About the role

The Salon Receptionist supports the salon team by providing a superior client experience through offering additional styling services and product benefits to become the salon destination of choice.

Responsibilities

• Educate Customers – Offer expertise and understanding of retail product benefits and the value of each hair service.
• Drive Conversion and Sales – Turn retail customers into jcp salon clients by offering great value and service provider technical skills.
• Assist Customers – Seek out customers, help them, educate them, and make them want to return by offering solutions to their hair concerns through salon services and retail product.
• Partner with Salon Associates – Work closely with salon associates to offer additional salon services, such as deep conditioning, glossing, and color, to the service provider’s clients.
