Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Seasonal Helper to join our team.

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages, producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs. Frequent pulling and pushing of product in excess of 100 lbs.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work.
• Adaptable and able to adjust to changing route and customer needs.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ride along on delivery routes, assisting with unloading product, merchandising, product rotation, and proper placement of product and equipment.
• Support drivers with organizing and maintaining backroom areas at customer locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support delivery and merchandising operations.
