The Sales Professional at Ralph Lauren Corporation is responsible for creating extraordinary client experiences within the Ralph Lauren brand. This role requires a passion for selling, exceptional customer service, and a deep understanding of Ralph Lauren's products and brand.

Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture client relationships to expand their interest in Ralph Lauren's lifestyle brand.
  • Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every customer.
  • Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales.
  • Drive full price volume across all Ralph Lauren lifestyles.
  • Utilize technology and virtual selling to reach clients and offer the full breadth of Ralph Lauren products.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across the RL Lifestyle catalogues.
  • Stay informed about Ralph Lauren's company history, current events, and industry trends.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Ralph Lauren's dress, presentation, and grooming standards.
  • Support and leverage company initiatives related to product launches, customer experience, and selling.
  • Assist with inventory, special events, and projects as needed.
  • Communicate openly and professionally with store management, peers, and corporate partners.
  • Network and socialize with target customers to foster positive relationships.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.
  • Well-developed written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-starter/proactive mindset with a passion for learning.
  • Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
