About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role at Cotton On, a global fashion and lifestyle retailer based in Australia. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for creating memorable and fun experiences for customers, collaborating with your team to achieve goals, and ensuring the store looks fresh and inviting.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team member.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic retail principles like sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements include moving around the store, lifting up to 50 pounds, squatting/kneeling, and using a ladder safely.
• Must have solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The wage rate for this part-time hourly paid position is $19.75 per hour.
