About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role. As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Cotton On, you'll be part of a vibrant and dynamic team that inspires, sparks joy, and bolsters self-expression and creativity.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team member.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic retail principles like sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to squat/kneel to access under-storage bins.
• Ability to use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely.
