Responsibilities

• Create a fresh and inviting store environment by merchandising and replenishing with care.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve store goals and celebrate successes together.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Requirements

• Experience in Retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate to drive results as a team.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age to apply.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to squat/kneel to access under-storage bins.
• Ability to use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely.

Skills

Pay

$14.00 / hr for a part-time hourly paid position.
