Seasonal Retail Support Associate

About the Role

As a Seasonal Stockroom Associate at Duluth Trading Company, you are the backbone of our store's operation, ensuring we can deliver on our promise to every customer. You'll be the crucial link between our merchandise and our customers, ensuring the store runs smoothly and is always ready to create a "WOW" experience.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently unload, sort, and process freight shipments, managing the flow of merchandise from the truck to the stockroom and sales floor.
• Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders, including online purchases for in-store pickup and items shipping directly from our store.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized stockroom, replenishing merchandise on the sales floor and ensuring products are easily accessible.
• Collaborate with sales associates by maintaining product availability and communicating about new arrivals and stock levels.
• Adhere to all company policies for safety, merchandising, and cleanliness, ensuring operational standards are met daily.
• Perform other duties as directed by management to support the overall success of the store.

Requirements

• Availability during the hours of 7:00am - 12:00pm.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting below waist and above shoulders.
• Frequent use of repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reaching with hands and arms.
• Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas.
• Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.

Pay

$16.00 - $16.50/hour. Compensation is based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications.
