About the role

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring our brand to life during key times of the year. Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day. You are the face of our organization, representing the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, customer-centric service to build lasting relationships and grow the brand footprint.
• Set and achieve personal and store performance goals.
• Adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures, ensuring trust and integrity in all actions.
• Educate guests on product details and personal style, making expert recommendations tailored to their needs.
• Flexibly adapt to tasks on the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure a consistently positive experience.
• Collaborate with the team to provide WOW experiences for all guests, both on and off the sales floor.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for interacting with people and delivering high-energy service in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work during peak guest shopping hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Alignment with Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars: Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• Interest in fashion and staying current with trends.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
