About the role

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring our brand to life during key times of the year. Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day. As the face of our organization, you represent the Kendra Scott culture with pride, passion for our inspired designs, and a deep connection to our purpose-driven brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, customer-obsessed service with a focus on relationship building and a customer-centric mindset.
• Drive results by setting and achieving goals, building guest connections, and contributing to store performance.
• Instill trust by adhering to Kendra Scott policies and procedures, always doing the right thing.
• Communicate effectively by educating guests on product details, personal style, and making tailored product suggestions.
• Remain nimble and flexible, thriving in various roles such as Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations.
• Take action to proactively resolve guest concerns, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
• Collaborate with your team to provide WOW experiences for all guests, both on the floor and behind the scenes.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.

• You are available to work during peak guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• You have a love for fashion and stay up-to-date with trends.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
