Responsibilities

• You are Customer Obsessed: Building strong relationships and understanding the importance of customer-centric service.

• You Communicate Effectively: Providing personalized styling advice and educating guests about our products.
• You are Nimble: Flexibly adapting to different roles such as Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations.
• You Take Action: Ensuring every guest's experience is positive by resolving issues promptly.
• You Collaborate: Supporting your team to deliver exceptional experiences for all guests, both in-store and behind the scenes.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Loving to interact with people
• High energy and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A passion for our Core Pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy
• A love for fashion and staying updated on trends
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required
