As a Seasonal Retail Consultant, you will introduce and sell our products through genuine and personalized conversations, contributing to a dynamic retail environment while supporting personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and understand their needs through storytelling and personalized engagement.
• Craft exceptional and personalized customer journeys, from warm welcome to thoughtful product demonstrations and regimen building.
• Confidently lead customers to the sink/fragrance area, demonstrating recommended products on the customer’s hand.
• Ensure a memorable departure by building lasting relationships through attentive service, offering full regimens or samples, and inviting customers to return.
• Embody Aesop's values in all actions and seek support for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to Aesop’s grooming guidelines and uphold retail standards to consistently deliver the "five senses" experience.
• Diligently complete stock, inventory, and store presentation tasks.

Requirements

• Experience working as part of a customer-focused team, ideally within retail or hospitality.
• A keen eye for detail in selling and delivering tailored experiences.
• A merchant mindset, both customer-focused and commercially driven.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in tactile product demonstrations.
• A deep passion for selling premium products and an excitement for Aesop's offerings, including skincare and fragrance.
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.

Schedule

This is a contract position with an end date of January 16, 2027. Candidates must be available between November 1 and January 16, 2027. Vacation will not be accommodated during this time, and full availability will be required during specific weekend dates.

Pay

Hourly rate of $21.50
