Job Summary

The Reservationist facilitates all Club reservations and creates Member profiles, serving in an anticipatory fashion to assist the food and beverage team. They ensure member preferences are noted and follow up on guest preferences and special requests.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensures all information is handled according to standard
• Notes and follows up on guest preferences and special requests
• Maintains complete knowledge of the Club & its services
• Create and email daily and weekly reservation reports to various parties
• Work with a positive, customer-focused attitude, use clear and professional verbiage, maintain a clean and organized work area, ensure professional appearance in line with club grooming standards, maintain professionalism
• Review and respond to daily operational demands as directed
• Maintain understanding of systems and how they interface with one another
• Communicate proactively, cooperatively, and appropriately with other departments regarding member needs and preferences
• Ensure understanding of systems and how it is utilized for booking

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
• Excellent guest and employee relations skills
• Able to prioritize and organize work assignments
• At least one year of guest relations experience, luxury environment preferred
• High aptitude for computer software programs
• Able to integrate with multiple departments and foster positive relations
• Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
• Able to lift and carry containers and equipment weighing 50 lbs.
• Able to reach various levels ranging from overhead to the floor
