Reservation Agent - Seasonal

About the role

Join the Basin Harbor team as we celebrate our 140th year—a milestone we’re honored to share with our cherished community. We are now accepting applications for on-site Reservations Agents for our upcoming season. This role is not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process reservations and ensure a seamless booking experience
• Provide exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality preferred but not required
• Familiarity with booking systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM platforms) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and enter reservation data
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality service
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile to meet customer needs
