Responsibilities

• Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational and growth and development needs of the patient.
• Develops a written plan of care using assessment data.
• Implements nursing care plan.
• Evaluates patient's response to interventions.
• Demonstrates leadership skills.
• Assists in organizing patient care activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program (required)
• Experience: None required
• License: Registered Nurse

Skills

• BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)
• PALS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• TNCC – within 2 years of hire/transfer for inexperienced, within 1 year for experienced
