About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruiting Assistant to support our seasonal hiring efforts for warehouse roles at our Jonestown, PA distribution center. This temporary position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process during our peak season. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-volume recruitment for seasonal warehouse positions, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in-person to provide updates and answer questions.
• Support onboarding activities including document collection, orientation scheduling, and new hire follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
• Collaborate with DC Recruiter, warehouse leadership and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
• Availability to work on-site in Jonestown, PA at least 4 days per week.
• Flexibility to support occasional hiring events outside standard business hours.
