Duties
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting activities for high-volume seasonal and hourly positions.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and align with business needs.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to execute recruiting strategies and meet hiring goals.
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.
- Schedule interviews, hiring events, orientations, and onboarding activities.
- Aid in facilitating orientations, new hire paperwork, and I-9 verifications.
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools while quickly learning new workflows, processes, and system requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
- Build candidate pipelines through community partnerships, job fairs, campus events, social media, and other recruiting resources.
- Support recruiting marketing and local community outreach efforts to increase employment brand awareness.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates and reports as requested.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance.
- Work extended hours, including weekends, during peak season.
