About The Role
The QA Representative monitors the sales and enrollment activities of our marketing staff to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and carrier-specific requirements, as well as adherence to approved scripts.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate computer systems to locate customer data, including call recordings, enrollment applications, and scorecards
- Search approved websites to verify the accuracy of information presented to customers
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and compliance requirements for assigned plans
- Document findings and provide clear, factual written explanations of conclusions
- Conduct sales/enrollment audits in response to allegations from internal and external sources
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills with typing speed of at least 20 WPM
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation
- Familiarity with contact management systems and internet software
- Strong written communication skills, including grammar, clarity, and the ability to present findings
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; compute rate, ratio, percent; interpret bar graphs)
- Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and apply common-sense reasoning
- Clear verbal communication skills, especially for phone/headset use
Preferred Experience
- Experience with insurance products (e.g., Medicare, life insurance)
