Seasonal Property Worker - Starve Hollow SRA

Responsibilities

• Housekeepers: Regular deep cleaning of restrooms, showers, and other property buildings.
• Attendants: Collection of revenue from fees and permits, and cash/credit card handling duties.
• Concessions: Sale of location specific items, handling cash/credit payments, collection of fees & permits, and inventory reporting.
• Office Assistants: Answering inquiries, providing quality customer service, and assisting with operations and administrative functions.
• Clerks: Performing a wide variety of tasks to support property staff, including inventory, stocking, reporting, budgeting, and assisting with other administrative duties.
• Security Officers: Monitoring visitor activities, enforcing regulations, and providing security to facilities, construction sites, and logging operations.
• DOC Crew Supervisors: Monitoring the activities of individuals in the Department of Corrections work release crew and participating in labor duties as needed.
• Shooting Range Officers: Monitoring visitors using the shooting range, providing quality customer service, enforcing shooting range standard operating procedures, and performing basic maintenance.

Requirements

• May be expected to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• May be required to wear a DNR provided uniform.
• May be required to work with DOC work release crews.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• May be required to travel to additional properties.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Benefits

This seasonal position does not offer benefits and is limited to 180 working days in an eleven (11) month continuous period.
