Seasonal PM Server - RC Hospitality Solutions

Job Summary

We are looking to add a seasonal server to our team for the evening shifts (3pm start time).

Responsibilities

• Takes orders for and serves all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
• Clears tables during service. Controls guest checks and secures proper payment.
• Ensures station and table set-ups are complete and performs various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.
• Maintains proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Must work flexibly, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest.
