Job Description
Primary Location: Kalispell, Montana

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and build orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
- Load and stage products for delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, rider jacks, pallet jacks)
- Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Work as part of a team to meet nightly production goals
- Auxiliary customer loading as needed
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly
- Handle high-volume workloads (up to - 1,750 cases per shift during pear)
- Stand and move for 8+ hours on concrete floors
- Perform continuous physical labor in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and systems
- Basic experience using smartphones or mobile apps
- Preferred: Warehouse, fulfillment, or labor experience
- Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks
- Familiarity with scanning systems or warehouse software

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Forklift experience preferred.
