Job Description

Pepsi of Kalispell is a locally owned business passionate about success. As a Retail Beverage Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring our wide range of products is available in stores across the Flathead Valley.

Responsibilities

• Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle, and motor vehicle insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug test.
• Have a good driving record.
• Be reliable.
• Follow a list of Standard Operating Procedures during onboarding.
• Be a team player.
• Adapt to a constantly changing, competitive market.
• Communicate with various stakeholders including sales reps, store receiving clerks, store management, other Merchandisers, and store customers.
• Construct displays with store or sales representative display guides and be creative with your own approved ideas.
• Regularly lift up to 70 pounds unassisted and occasionally up to 100 pounds using a hand-truck or other manual lifting device.
• Exercise attention to detail.
• Work 40 hours a week with potential for overtime in the summer.

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or have 3 months related experience.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted and occasionally up to 100 pounds using a hand-truck or other manual lifting device.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
