SEASONAL Park Maintenance Crew - Agawa Canyon

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor park grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Clean campsites, washrooms, and outhouses as required
• Perform outdoor maintenance duties including: Lawn mowing, weed trimming, garbage and recycling collection
• Auxiliary tasks such as assisting with passenger loading and unloading procedures
• Ensure all passengers safely return to the train before departure
• Provide assistance and support to train passengers and park guests
• Operate a variety of park maintenance equipment including: Small tractors, riding lawn mowers, ATVs
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Auxiliary tasks such as assisting with general carpentry and minor construction projects
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in physically demanding outdoor environments

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Rotation schedule: 8 days on / 6 days off
