Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) (T1370)

About the role

Target is hiring seasonal specialists to provide tailored suggestions, active selling, and compelling visual merchandising. Roles include Seasonal Specialty Sales, Seasonal Service & Engagement, and Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales. Team members gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, inventory management, and process efficiency while supporting business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal Guest Advocate – welcome guests, thank them, and exceed service expectations.
• Seasonal General Merchandise Expert – ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Seasonal Fulfillment Expert – support efficient product fulfillment and inventory processes.
• Seasonal Style Consultant – provide tailored fashion suggestions and visual merchandising.
• Seasonal Inbound Expert – handle inbound guest interactions and inquiries.
• Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert – manage food and beverage merchandising and guest service.
• Seasonal Tech Consultant – assist guests with technology needs and product usage.

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Skill in resolving guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Accurate cash register handling.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.25 USD per hour.

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.
