About the Role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, delivering guest‑focused service, and ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and thank guests, exceed service expectations, and resolve guest questions on the spot.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds and climbing ladders.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are properly set and signed.
• Perform role‑specific duties for positions such as Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.75 USD per hour.

Schedule
