About the role

The Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) role is part of Target's seasonal specialty sales team. The role is non-exempt and will be eligible for a temporary additional $1.00/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked. For details, please talk to HR.

  • Seasonal Guest Advocate: Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products.

  • Seasonal General Merchandise Expert: Experts of operations, process and efficiency.

  • Seasonal Fulfillment Expert: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.

  • Seasonal Style Consultant: Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.

  • Seasonal Inbound Expert: Provide service to our guests that makes them say I LOVE TARGET!

  • Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert: Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products.

  • Seasonal Tech Consultant: Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Working in a fun and energetic environment

  • Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products

  • Not looking for Monday thru Friday job where you are at a computer all day

Skills Required

  • A welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs

  • Work both independently and with a team

  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

  • An attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

Expectations

  • Accurately handle cash register operations

  • Climb up and down ladders

  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

  • A flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
