These Roles Can Provide You With The: Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
• Welcoming and thanking guests, providing service that inspires them to say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Working efficiently as a team to deliver for guests
• Accurately handling cash register operations
• Climbing up and down ladders to access merchandise
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving up to 40 pounds
• Maintaining product availability, proper pricing, and signage on the sales floor
• Supporting daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour.
