Seasonal Order Entry NameList Associate

About the role

The Order Entry NameList Associate supports high schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. This role involves reviewing daily orders from customers and Herff Jones Independent Sales Partners (ISPs), preparing orders with accurate information, and ensuring timely product shipment.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of orders from customers and ISPs
• Preparation of orders with accurate information
• Data entry of the Name List
• Prioritize the order entry process
• Verify and double-check each order for accuracy
• Compare order details with prepared package content before shipping
• Operate independently and serve as a subject matter expert for your order book
• Perform basic and advanced operations in the ERP system (Oracle)

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
• Previous experience working with an ERP system such as Oracle
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital filing skills
• Strong math skills
• Ability to manage multiple processes and tasks
• Positive attitude and focus on learning the product cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, preferred
• Work experience in lieu of degree considered
