As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and on‑stage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service: support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations: manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising: ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork: help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards: follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client‑focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$16.60 – $19.30 per hour (actual hourly pay depends on geographic location).

Schedule

• Flexible, non‑guaranteed hours; weekly hours may vary, with an expected range of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Availability required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Scheduled to work from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
