Key Responsibilities
- Processes mail, files, alphabetizes records, and completes forms and reports.
- Answers telephone, takes messages, directs calls, and places outgoing calls.
- Internally covers department phones during meetings and employee breaks.
- Takes orders, creates delivery tickets for dispatch.
- Operates office equipment such as copiers, printers, calculators, personal computers, and maintains office supplies.
- Greets and directs walk-in traffic, coordinates various drop-offs and pickups, and serves as a central information and forms disbursement center.
- Maintains point of rental equipment tracking and assists with community service and company projects.
- Schedules pool cars, maintains records, prepares reports, and reports problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years related experience and/or training.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Good knowledge of computer systems.
- Organizational and communications skills.
- Prior experience in an office setting (preferred).
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to use a 10-key calculator and telephone.
