Responsibilities
- Supports branch managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely completion of administration tasks.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and assist in increasing sales and marketing of customer training opportunities.
- Answers and directs all incoming phone calls.
- Serves as the first point of contact for the sales team, handling phone calls and emails accurately and promptly.
- Manages all office work such as data entry, copying, and maintains an organized filing system.
- Forwards invoices to accounts receivable as directed and maintains records and files for customer and vendor information.
- Collaborates with human resources and customer training coordinator to ensure smooth running of branch trainings for customers/employees.
- Aids in training classes by enrolling students, following up with reminder calls, maintaining waiting lists, ordering refreshments, and setting up classrooms.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and places orders as needed.
- Supports the customer coffee area by replenishing stock and making coffee as necessary.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager and assists in other areas of the branch and company as necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new computer applications.
- Experience with Eclipse is a plus.
- Polished and professional demeanor in person, online, and via phone.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to execute high-quality work on time.
- Able to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously, providing clear status updates.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.

Compensation Schedule
May-September Only, Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm, Rotational Saturday's 7am-12pm
Salary: $17/hour - $19/hour
