About the role
The Lot Attendant plays a crucial part in the hospitality services of Towne Park, ensuring exceptional experiences for guests through attentive and friendly service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with guests, staff, and colleagues.
- Acknowledge and greet guests immediately, using proper etiquette and salutations.
- Maintain accuracy and composure under pressure, ensuring accurate revenue collection and reconciliation.
- Provide information about the surrounding area and local attractions, protecting guest confidentiality.
- Stack vehicles when necessary, adhering to Towne Park's standards for parking and retrieval.
- Accurately collect and reconcile revenue, completing shift reports and following bank procedures.
- Secure guest keys promptly and maintain records for billing purposes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Age 18 or older, capable of passing a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Manual transmission driving ability and proficiency in parallel parking.
- Basic computer and register/POS system knowledge.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
- Ability to read and write standard English.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license, criminal background check, and drug screen clearance.
- Experience: One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Register/Computer experience preferred.

Pay
The hourly base pay range for this position is $16 - $20 per hour.
