The Retail business unit includes more than 200 chocolateries in 21 countries. The Part‑Time Ecommerce Logistics Fulfillment Associate in Allentown, PA supports the continuous operations of the marketplace business to meet team KPIs, project deliverables, and proper workflow. This role is ideal for someone interested in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various OS and ERP systems
• Oversee management of inventory and replenishment
• Reconcile Customer Tickets in a timely manner
• Supervision of staff
• Track inventory discrepancies & coordinate solutions
• Document key processes & discrepancies to ensure continuity & performance
• Additional cross‑functional operational duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• 2‑4 years of professional working experience in Ecommerce, Logistics, or related fields preferred
• PT Availability Monday through Friday 7 AM‑4 PM
• Food Safe/Handlers Certification is a plus
• Must be able to lift upwards of 40 lbs
• Detail‑ and organization‑oriented
• Possesses ownership attitude, strong sense of quality work and time management

Skills

• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Zoom
• Ability to handle competing tasks and communicate effectively
