About the Role

The Logistics Associate fosters strong relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow team members. This role delivers exceptional service with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly receive products from vendors.
• Organize the processing, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
• Manage inventory by organizing stocks and maintaining accurate records.
• Execute inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, and inventory control procedures.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion; operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate courteously, respectfully, and professionally with team members and leads.
• Report procedural or safety issues promptly to the Lead, Supervisor, or designated staff.
• Adhere to OSHA, State L&I, and company standards.
• Attend shift and department meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain acceptable attendance according to evo’s Attendance Policy.
• Actively participate in housekeeping tasks as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly.
• Customer service, adaptability, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with computer systems, warehouse management systems, parcel manifest systems, and computerized scanning equipment is a plus.

Sporting goods, retail, or warehouse experience is preferred.

Schedule

This is a seasonal position running from mid-October to March 1st, 2027, with the possibility of extension. Weekend and holiday availability is required, including peak holiday periods such as Black Friday (the day after U.S. Thanksgiving) and the weeks leading up to and following Christmas. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The base wage for this role ranges from $16.48 to $19.59 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Internal pay equity is also considered. While the full range is listed, we rarely hire at the top of the range, leaving room for professional and financial growth.
