Seasonal Lifeguard - 20 Halletts

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities associated with an American Red Cross lifeguard.
• Assist with maintaining water chemistry as per Department of Health standards.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pool and pool deck.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Aid clients with any questions about aquatic services.
• Support The Wright Fit aqua specialists to ensure best service experience.
• Attentively and promptly respond to client's needs.
• Assist management in daily tasks and projects associated with the pool.
• Maintain in conduct and actions The Wright Fit aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, culture, vision, purpose and values.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards that may require you to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time, as well as lift and move heavy objects.

Requirements

• Must be a pre-certified lifeguard/CPR certified or willing to pass internal lifeguard/CPR certification.
• Punctual and responsible with strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Customer focused, able to manage conflict.
• Able to multitask and maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy.

Qualifications

The Wright Fit is looking for individuals who can demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service and a passion for fitness. Applicants should have a strong background in lifeguarding and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain these certifications. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are also essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay

$21.00 hourly

Schedule

The pool is open 7 days a week. Available shifts are 8:30am-1:15pm and 1:45pm-6:30pm.
