Responsibilities

• Support and motivate your team to meet client goals
• Answer associate questions, issues, and customer escalations while ensuring quality customer experience on every call
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for your team
• Report to the Director of Operations
• Encourage and motivate your team to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and influence their career mobility
• Improve key success metrics such as revenue targets, customer satisfaction score, service level goals, and quality goals
• Coach associates to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training on new or revised information
• Manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects while monitoring absence and attendance of your team

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year call center, equivalent work, or sales management experience
• Active Resident State Insurance License or ability to complete the college of insurance program and obtain a license
• Continuous promotion of a performance-driven culture
• Engagement and support of your team in providing proper tools and systems for daily tasks
• Mentorship and inspiration of others
• Customer-focused mindset
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting

Pay

The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $22-$25/hr. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill levels.
