Key job responsibilities
- Plan, facilitate, and execute logistics for FC courses drawing participants from around the globe.
- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training-related programs.
- Assure trainees are given accurate and useful information on an ongoing basis, including frequent verbal feedback.
- Develop and track effectiveness of training programs, including orientation. Using feedback, continuously strive for improved training programs and processes.
- Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.).
- Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as areas of improvement.
- Assess development needs for individuals and groups.
- Fully understand workflow and daily production goals.
- Problem solving responsibilities: react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve.
- Balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Maintain a positive attitude and presence on the floor.
Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite
- Understanding of fulfillment center processes and flow
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work with minimal direct supervision and to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
- Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines
- Ability to give and receive feedback effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering training/information to peers, hourly associates, and senior management, both individually and in groups
- Experience delivering messages related to performance
