About the role
Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment. Participate in seasonal events and promotions to engage customers.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Stock shelves and restock merchandise as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
