Responsibilities
- Assist with questions and problems related to hardware, software, POS (Point of Sale) equipment, and network-related inquiries.
- Unpack, configure, install, and dismantle equipment including POS computers, desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, copiers, and any accompanying peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices.
- Absorb and implement new hardware and software implementations.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Able to lift and/or carry moderately heavy loads.
- Physical qualifications to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to read and understand English.
- Previous Law Enforcement, Public Safety, or Security related experience is preferred.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
