Seasonal HR Specialist

Pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. Additional compensation may include a shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility. Pay is determined by factors such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Human Resource Specialist, you will:

• Enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools.
• Serve as a key partner and resource, ensuring HR programs are delivered accurately and efficiently with a focus on team member experience.
• Support onboarding, workforce routines, and training completion, as well as day-to-day HR services.
• Provide guidance and operational support to help leaders and team members navigate HR processes and organizational change.
• Apply best practices to support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance, enabling teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Interact regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams, and engage with external candidates or vendors as needed.
• Approach work with a solutions-oriented mindset, delivering HR services with accuracy and care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365).
• Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to anticipate problems, prioritize tasks, and work accurately under deadlines.
• Experience handling highly confidential information.
• Ability to take initiative, make fair decisions aligned with strategy and values, and adapt to change.
• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude while working independently or in a team environment.
