About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our team at the Aberdeen Fulfillment Center, supporting the full spectrum of HR department operations in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, managing employment records, HR system data, and payroll coordination while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and accuracy. The HR Assistant delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with HR staff and the payroll team to ensure seamless coordination of employee data, status changes, and processing workflows across the Las Vegas Distribution Center.
- Serve as a reliable and approachable point of contact for distribution center employees, fostering trust and open communication across all shifts including nights and weekends.
- Support the broader HR team by managing clerical functions and administrative tasks that enable HR leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR system records, ensuring that every team member's employment experience is handled with care and precision.
- Screen and triage incoming calls and correspondence, connecting employees to the right HR resources quickly and effectively.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture at the distribution center that ultimately enables our teams to deliver outstanding fan experiences.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with the highest level of discretion, reinforcing trust across the workforce.
- Compile and analyze data from the HRIS system to prepare accurate, timely reports that inform HR and operational decision-making at the distribution center.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR administrative processes, reducing manual effort through improved workflows and system utilization.
- Leverage proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Oracle and Dimensions, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of HR operations.
- Apply bilingual (Spanish/English) capability where applicable to bridge communication gaps and better serve a diverse distribution center workforce.
- Process employee status changes, terminations, and information updates in HR systems with speed, accuracy, and full compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Support payroll processing through timely and precise data entry and proactive coordination with the payroll team to prevent errors and delays.
- Manage multiple competing priorities in a high-volume environment, demonstrating the flexibility to work overtime and adjust schedules as operational needs demand.
- Execute all assigned HR functions with a strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with HR principles, practices, and relevant employment regulations.
- Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
- Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance.
- Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role; experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HRIS systems such as Oracle and Dimensions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs require; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay
The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
Salary Range: $19.71 - $24.04 USD
