Responsibilities

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll ride in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (with a Crew Leader) and perform our services.
• This position will primarily perform Holiday Lighting Installations, but may occasionally assist a Crew Leader with cleaning services (such as gutter cleaning, etc.).
• You will perform quality assurance checks to ensure service standards. Attention to detail is a must!
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap and prepare for the next assignment.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift, carry, and climb a ladder – up to 75 pounds
• Must not be afraid of heights, and be willing to work at height every day
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

Pay

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule

This is a seasonal position. Commitment is through mid-December in preparation for the Holiday season.
