Seasonal jobs at Target include a sales force of specialized consultants, advocates of guest experience, and experts of operations, process and efficiency. These roles can provide you with knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest first culture, and experience in retail business fundamentals.

Responsibilities

As a seasonal team member, you will be responsible for providing service to our guests, stocking, setting and selling Target products, and working efficiently as a team to deliver for our guests.

Some specific responsibilities include:

• Providing service to our guests that makes them say I LOVE TARGET!
• Stocking, setting and selling Target products
• Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
• Accurately handling cash register operations
• Climbing up and down ladders
• Scanning, handling and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

Pay

The starting hourly rate is $18.00 USD per hour, with a pay range of $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.
