About the role

Target seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, delivering guest service, and ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The positions help guests discover the joy of everyday life and support a guest‑first culture. Comprehensive training is provided to teach all necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal Guest Advocate – welcome guests, thank them, and exceed service expectations.
• Seasonal General Merchandise Expert – ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed.
• Seasonal Fulfillment Expert – support efficient operations and process improvement.
• Seasonal Style Consultant – provide tailored suggestions and visual merchandising.
• Seasonal Inbound Expert – manage inbound merchandise flow.
• Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert – maintain food and beverage sections.
• Seasonal Tech Consultant – assist guests with technology needs.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Accurate cash register handling.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
