Starting hourly rate: $17.25 USD per hour.
Pay range: $17.25 USD – $25.90 USD per hour.

Responsibilities
- Provide guest‑first service that inspires and builds the basket.
- Execute visual merchandising presentations that attract and engage shoppers.
- Maintain product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage.
- Support daily and weekly workload priorities to meet sales goals.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 lb.
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Quickly resolve guest questions on the spot.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance.
