About the Role

Target is seeking seasonal team members to help families discover the joy of everyday life. Seasonal roles focus on specialized sales, guest service, and general merchandise and food sales. Team members will support a guest‑first culture, contribute to sales goals, and gain experience in retail fundamentals such as inventory management, process efficiency, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, handling guest interactions and recoveries.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.

• Strong problem‑solving skills to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.

Schedule
